Haiku – Four Seasons

July 23, 2010 § 1 Comment

Rise Moon, Take your place

As Darkness brings her blanket

Babbling brook sleep now

Sparkling mask of snow

Running from the sun’s bright smile

Kiss green blades of grass

Rumbling clouds light up

We long for the promised rain

Frog songs rise like steam

Leaves like tears fall down

Shadows of forsaken trees

Morning frost lingers
